Former US and GP star Mike Healey has sadly passed away as reported by Racer X.
They tweeted: “We are sorry to report the passing of former Supercross and motocross star Mike Healey, one of most colorful and entertaining riders of his generation. He was a star on the Grand Prix circuits of Europe and nearly won the 1991 FIM 250cc World Championship. R.I.P. Mike Healey.”

Healey was a title contender and a very popular rider with a lot of style and talent in the GP scene in the late 80s and early 90s. A lot of his success coming on KTM in the 125 and 250 GPs.
