Chance Hymas says the Lawrence family feel like his family such is the bond they now have working together every week and the help and guidance they have given him.
Hymas has been on fire this outdoors season leading and winning races, and now finds himself second in the the championship. In an interview with Swapmoto, Hymas talked about his relationship with the Lawrences and also, with a smile on his face said Jett isn’t the brightest bulb in the room!
“Jett and Hunter are like my older brothers, we have a good time. When I am training with them, it doesn’t feel like work, we are having a good time doing it, talking crap to each other like regular friends and going about our days. It’s good to have two mentors like that, I have learnt a lot from them and riding with them every day. Even just being off the track and hanging out and getting regular life advice, it’s super cool, especially from Hunter! Obviously he is a little older, Jett’s not the brightest lightbulb in the room by anymeans! (laughs).
“They are both awesome, it’s endless opportunity for me with them it feels like,. there is so much to learn from both of them, I don’t know where I would be without them. It’s tough, I don’t like leaving them! It’s pretty cool when I am with them because I feel like they are my family, you know?”
